Australian Seafood Standard (Version 8)

Version 8 of the Australian Seafood Standard may now be
downloaded from the SSA Network\'s website at
http://www.seafoodservices.com.au/network/index.html
Simply logon, go to the \'Network Downloads\' page, and
click on the link to download a copy in pdf format.
The Standard will be forwarded to FSANZ in the near future
as a key input into the process of developing a Primary
Product and Process Standard for seafood.
Your continued comments are welcome. Typographical errors
and other minor amendments may still be incorporated. Any
substantive matters will be listed for discussion by the SSA
Network.
I take this opportunity to thank you all for your tremendous
input and support during the process of developing the
Standard over the last three years. You have helped to build
a solid base from which the Australian seafood industry will
strengthen consumer confidence in seafood and deliver
greater benefits across the community.
I also encourage you to contiune your participation in the
SSA Network as the remaining planks of the Australian
seafood insdustry\'s seafood safety and suitability
framework are developed and adopted.
