Australian Prawn & Barramundi Conference, Darwin. July

The Australian Prawn
and Barramundi Conference will be held at Carlton
Hotel Darwin, on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th July,
2003. Major sponsors include Ridley Aqua-Feed and the
Northern Territory Government.

at the Conference please forward a one page summary to
Martin Breen at info@apfa.com.au by Friday 21st March.
The Conference is the pre-eminent national prawn and
barramundi farming industry event. The Conference is a
central element the Associations' activities in
working to advance sustainable and profitable
development of the tropical Australian aquaculture
sector. The Conference will attract a national and
international audience of farmer' s, investors,
government and private industry leaders, researchers
and research agencies, marketing organizations,
banking and insurance reps, educational institutions,
environment and development agencies.
The Conference and Trade Exhibition will cater for up
to 300 delegates from around Australia and overseas.
Guest speakers have been invited from Thailand, Europe
and the United States. The Trade Exhibition, all day
Friday and Saturday, is a once-a-year opportunity for
company exposure to both the prawn and barramundi
sectors. This year's Trade Exhibition will provide up
to 20 trade spaces.
The Conference program will include outstanding
national and international speakers covering industry
development, new technologies, export market economies
and opportunities, domestic market issues, quarantine
and animal health, and training.
Trade Space and Sponsors packages will be available in
